RICHMOND HILL, Ga.— (Dec. 15, 2021) — Richmond Hill’s latest community is coming to life in Heartwood, where Centex and Pulte Homes will offer new single-family homes for first-time and move-up buyers who want fast and easy access to Savannah, plenty of amenities and top-ranked schools within the neighborhood.

Pulte and Centex will initially feature 172 homesites within the larger master-planned Heartwood community, including some with wooded and wetland views. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, miles of meandering walking and biking trails and plenty of space to play outdoors.

A formal grand opening of the sales offices and decorated model homes is expected to be held later in the spring when a few quick move-in homes also will become available. Centex expects to build 99 homes in its neighborhood with four floorplan choices ranging in size from three-to-five bedrooms and two-to-three baths. The Ibis single-story model home features four bedrooms, a generous kitchen and walk-in pantry and an adjoining gathering room and café that opens to a covered outdoor patio.

Pulte plans to build 73 homes and offer five floorplans ranging in size from two-to-six bedrooms and two-to-five baths. The two-story Continental model, with up to five bedrooms and four baths, is well suited for families and entertaining with a formal dining room and optional guest suite downstairs, as well as light-filled gathering room and kitchen.
