Simplified Signage Process

To make it easy, the Design Review Authority (DRA) has a preferred vendor in Clayton Digital Reprographics (CDR) on Chatham Parkway in Savannah. A template is already on file with CDR, ensuring that every sign meets Heartwood’s design requirements. If you choose to use another vendor, simply send your sign proof to the property owner’s association for quick review.

How It Works

Real Estate Agents simply call Clayton Digital Reprographics and request a Heartwood Resell Sign.
The design team will customize the sign with your listing details.
Due to its versatile design, this sign can be reused at future Heartwood homesites.
