Children’s Yoga: A fun and engaging yoga and mindfulness class designed especially for children. Classes include games, songs, stories, imaginative play, and movement activities.
Purpose: to help children develop calmness, emotional awareness, and inner peace in a playful, age-appropriate way.

Flow Yoga: A dynamic yoga class where poses flow smoothly from one to another, synchronized with breath. Each class includes a warm-up, Sun Salutations, stretching, balance work, and a closing relaxation.
Benefits: improved strength, flexibility, stress reduction, and mind–body connection.

Hike the Hill: A guided outdoor hike of approximately 2 miles, incorporating stretching and functional movement exercises. Designed for all fitness levels.
Focus: physical health, emotional well-being, and social connection through movement in nature.

Silver Sneakers Yoga: A gentle yoga class suitable for beginners or experienced participants seeking improved flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Includes seated and standing poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. A chair is used to accommodate different fitness and ability levels.
Ideal for: older adults or anyone looking for a safe, low-impact yoga practice.

Yin Yoga: A slow-paced, meditative yoga practice focused on deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and tendons. Poses are held for longer periods (2–3 minutes or more).
Benefits: deep stretching, improved mobility, stress relief, and enhanced mindfulness.

Hearty Bites for a Healthy Life – Cooking Demonstrations: Healthy cooking demonstrations featuring delicious, nutrient-dense snacks that support long term health. Participants receive a copy of the recipe to try at home. Goal: promote practical nutrition education and healthy lifestyle habits.

Know Your Numbers – Healthy Heart Lecture: An educational discussion covering blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI to help participants understand and manage their risk for heart disease and stroke. Emphasis is placed on prevention through diet, exercise, and regular medical checkups. Objective: empower individuals with knowledge to make informed health decisions.

Healthy Cooking Challenge: A community cooking challenge where participants prepare a healthy dish and submit it along with a written description, ingredients list, name, and phone number. A judging panel selects a winner, and submitted recipes may be published. Purpose: encourage healthy eating, creativity, and community engagement.

Health Screening with Be Health Navigator: Health screenings conducted by the Be Health Navigator team.
Focus: early detection, health awareness, and personalized guidance for overall well-being.
