Complimentary yearly health screening. These comprehensive screenings include testing to identify those at high risk for Heart Disease, Prediabetes, Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and Obesity. Testing includes a fasting finger stick lipid panel, hemoglobin, A1C, height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure check. Screenings are only for residents 18 years of age or older and are provided once each year.
