Bē Health Family Fitness Field Day

Kick off your weekend with movement, music, and community! All Heartwood residents are invited to join us on The Green at The Outfitters for a full day of games and fitness activities designed for the entire family. Whether you’re looking to compete or just enjoy the atmosphere, there is something for everyone.

• Family Competitions: Test your skills in obstacle courses and classic relays like the egg-spoon and three-legged race.
• Fitness & Wellness: Participate in sample classes, fun children’s fitness activities, or relax with a chair massage.
• Food & Fun: Enjoy food, a bouncy house for the kids, and great community vibes.
• Special Announcement: Don’t miss the reveal of the Bē Health Block Challenge winners! We’ll be awarding a brand-new bike to individual winners and a Lowcountry Boil Block Party to the winning team, courtesy of Heartwood and Blue Coat Chef.
