We had the best time showcasing what Living the Heartwood Lifestyle is all about this past Saturday. Outfitters Park was the picture perfect venue for our first Harvest Happening. With face paint, flaming donuts (you read that correctly!) and a fondu station with lots of sprinkles for marshmallows, pretzels, apples and more, we energized the kids before they took off for our incredible new playground! The food truck was set up at the corner of Outfitters Park Drive and Loblolly Lane, along with a handmade selection of local craft brews, perfect for the grown-up crowd there for a totally different reason— to tour the Pulte and Centex Model Homes at Loblolly, Heartwood’s first (of many) residential neighborhoods.
The first few families who recently moved in mingled and chatted with potential new residents while enjoying their new amenities! Be Health, St. Joseph / Candler’s new health and wellness program based at The Outfitters, hosted two yoga classes—one exclusively for the kids and one for adults. This health-forward initiative is part of the amenity package for Heartwood residents. Together, we are approaching health and wellness at the overall community level, and the programming offered is a very unique part of our amenity package.
The Lifestyle at Heartwood is designed to follow the cornerstones of all Raydient properties: Lowcountry, Roots & Soul, Kids & Dogs, Stewardship, Learning Landscape and Be Health™ — we look forward to sharing it with you!
