SUMMARY:Bē Health Kid’s Camp
DESCRIPTION:Be Health is offering a very unique\, fun\, and engaging summer camp experience.\nThe aim of our daily activities is to help children\, ages 5-12\, gain a better understanding of health and wellbeing through group Fitness\, Mindfulness and Nutrition FUN (Fitness – Understanding-Nutrition). Children will participate in Kid’s Yoga\, Mindfulness Activities & Trail walks\, Kid’s POUND\, and other Holiday related activities\, including a nutritional section in preparation of an afternoon snack. \n The camps will be staffed by Dieticians\, Certified Fitness Trainers and Health Educators.  \nThe daily cost is $35 per day/ per child. Drop off is between 8:30 and 9 a.m. at The Outfitters at Heartwood (35 Outfitters Park Drive\, Richmond Hill\, GA 31324) with pick up no later than 4 p.m. All campers should wear athletic shoes for both indoor and outdoor activities\, bring bug spray\, wear loose fitting/ comfortable clothing and pack a healthy lunch with a water bottle. \n Register through the Bē Health App: www.sjchs.org/be-health-app \n If you have questions or need assistance signing up\, please email the Bē Health navigator at behealth@sjchs.org  or via phone @ 912-675-0524.
