Richmond Hill, GA— Heartwood, Richmond Hill’s newest mixed-use development just announced their next big event on The Green, their 1-acre entertainment lawn located at The Outfitters on Great Ogeechee Parkway! This one, Boards & Brews, is a corn-hole tournament to benefit The Bryan County Animal League.

You are invited to register a team, or just drop by to enjoy a casual game. The Naked Dog food truck will be onsite, and Derrick Flowers will be performing live music.  The event will be held on April 28, 2023, with the food truck and music starting at 5pm, registration at 5:30pm, and the tournament starting at 6:30pm. Teams who RSVP on Facebook by Wednesday, April 26, will also receive two complimentary beverages (beer, seltzer, or non-alcoholic).

Registration is $40 for a team of two and is cash-only. Registration fees will be split 50/50, with half going into the winning pot, and half going to The Bryan County Animal League. “Our event sponsor, Grand Outdoor Designs, has generously added an additional $250 to the prize,” says Amanda Callender, Lifestyle Director at Heartwood. “We want this event to raise money for a cause close to the heart of our development. Come on out, have a cold one and a Naked Dog, toss a few bags, hear some good music, and learn about adoptable pets in the area!”
