Heartwood is thrilled to announce a new addition to our community that promises to enhance well-being and promote healthy living. Following the success of Bē Health’s recent yoga demonstration event, we are delighted to inform our community that Mairi will be teaching more yoga classes!
Starting this past Monday, September 25th at 6:15 p.m., Mairi started leading an invigorating Gentle Yoga session, tailored to all age groups and skill levels. This calming practice emphasizes individualized comfort, making it ideal for those recovering from injuries, managing pain, or seeking increased flexibility. With extended relaxation periods, focused breathwork, and meditation, it offers a holistic experience that rejuvenates the body and mind.
Additionally, Mairi will guide our Flow Yoga classes, held most Fridays at 9:15 a.m. Designed to foster continuous movement synchronized with breath, this dynamic style encourages growth in your yoga practice. Incorporating warm-ups, Sun Salutations, stretching, balancing, and inner reflection, Flow Yoga is not only physically invigorating but also an excellent stress-reduction tool, promoting both outer and inner strength.
Our yoga classes are open to Heartwood residents and community members alike, with a drop-in rate of $15 for Heartwood residents and $20 for community members. For added value, consider our class bundles: Heartwood residents can enjoy five classes for $60 or ten classes for $100, while community members can access five classes for $75 or ten classes for $130.
To reserve your spot in Mairi’s rejuvenating yoga classes, we invite you to download the Bē Health app and register at https://www.sjchs.org/be-health-and-well-being/be-health-app. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at behealth@sjchs.org or call us at 912-675-0524.
